French Table at Le Vieux Presbytere

Le Vieux Presbytère Museum, located at 205 Rue Iry Lejeune in Church Point, invites the public to the next monthly meeting of a new French table at Le Vieux Presbytère at 5:30pm on Wednesday, August 6. No prior experience speaking French is needed as we learn conversational French with an emphasis on pronunciation. An additional goal is to master the pronunciation of the responses and acclamations to the Catholic Mass in French, which will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church in Church Point at 4pm on Saturday, October 18 as part of Le Grand Reveil Acadien in south Lousiana. Please join us! Le Vieux Presbytère is open to the public Monday through Friday from 11am until 4pm, Saturdays from 11am until 2pm, and at other times by appointment.
