19th Annual Gumbo-Cook-Off

With great excitement, the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce & Title Sponsors Shop Rite, Tobacco Plus & Church Point Wholesale invites you to the 19th Annual Gumbo-Cook-Off on Saturday, October 28, 2023 on the grounds of the Enterprise Center in Crowley, Louisiana. Teams vying for the title of Gumbo Champion will compete in four different categories including seafood, non-seafood with homemade roux or a jar roux. Awards will also be presented for People’s Choice and Best Decorated Booth. The late October celebration will take place on the Enterprise Building Grounds located at 11 North Parkerson. Admission is $10 which allows you to eat ALL the GUMBO you can eat! Live entertainment provided starting at 11:00 am which also includes fun activities for the kids! Gumbo will be ready at noon—so mark your calendars NOW!
